Phoenix Cigar Tours – Guest Rules & Guidelines
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and upscale experience for all guests, please review and adhere to the following tour rules:
- Age Requirement
All participants must be 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued ID. No exceptions.
- Respect the Schedule
Tours run on a strict schedule. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Late arrivals may miss the tour without refund.
- No Outside Alcohol
Outside beverages are not permitted on the tour. Premium selections will be provided or available at each stop.
- Dress Code
This is a luxury experience. Upscale casual or cigar lounge attire is encouraged. No offensive clothing or athletic wear.
- Behavior Expectations
Respectful, responsible behavior is required at all times. Disruptive or intoxicated guests will be asked to leave without refund.
- Transportation
JET Limousine and Transportation will provide luxury transport. No smoking inside the vehicle. Guests are responsible for any damage caused.
- Cancellations & Refunds
No refunds within 48 hours of the tour. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will not be rescheduled or credited.
- Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes unless you notify staff in advance.
- Tipping
Gratuity for lounge staff and drivers is not included, but greatly appreciated.
- Enjoy Responsibly
Please enjoy cigars and any alcoholic offerings responsibly. Hydration and moderation are strongly encouraged.
